Brachypelma smithi (annitha variant)-.75″ Acapulco Red Knee

$50.00

I had long contended that Brachypelma annitha would prove to be a geographic variation of B. smithi, and that European exporters were just trying to make some extra money off of the American market, and now finally it actually seems like I know something. Yay me. I will continue to attach the annitha label, as I want to ensure smithi from the Acapulco locality are bred with other Acapulco red knees. And I want to make sure the snozzberries still taste like snozzberries. The annitha variant is larger (to 7″) and has much more intense red knees. The care is the same as traditional B. smithi, with just a bit more humidity.
