Pricing:
Prices are subject to availability.

Shipping and Local Pickup:
Once an order is placed through our website we will typically contact you within one (1) business day to schedule shipping or pickup. For the safety of the animals, orders will not be sent out without first contacting you.
Overnight shipping via FedEx or UPS is available at whatever our cost is. There is a Handling Fee on every order.
Local pickup and show/expo delivery are available.

General Terms:
Know your state and local laws. It is your responsibility to know these before making a purchase. We will NOT knowingly break, disobey, or circumvent laws. This includes “brown-boxing” or shipping inappropriately just to cut shipping costs. The sellers doing this are only giving USFWS more reason to regulate the hobby or end it entirely.

Methods of Payment:
Payment can be made via credit card, Zelle or Paypal. Personal checks and money orders will NOT be accepted. Billing address and shipping address must match those on the shipping label unless the package is set to be held for pickup at your nearest FedEx ship center or UPS location. The name on the billing account must match the name on the shipping label.

Reserving an Animal:
Animals are only considered sold once payment has been received. Expressing interest, an intent to pay, or requesting an invoice does not guarantee a purchase. Animals will not be reserved without a deposit. Likewise, no animal will be shipped until full payment is received. Animals can be held/reserved with a minimum of 25% deposit. Payment plans must be paid off within 30 days or the deposit and all payments made will be refunded less a 15% (of the total sale price) fee explained below. Deposits or payments made can be transferred toward the price of another animal if you change your mind, but there will be a 15% (of the total sale price) fee. The 15% fee mentioned above is to cover costs with photographing, reposting, advertising, merchant fees, animal care, etc. This fee is only incurred if the payment plan agreement is not kept or if you decide against purchasing the animal we originally agreed upon.

Refunds/Cancellations:
Refunds requested previous to shipping will incur a 15% restocking fee. The 15% fee is to cover costs with photographing, reposting, advertising, merchant fees, animal care, etc. Refunds will not be given on animals that have been shipped unless they qualify under one of the following subsections regarding guarantees.

All health and live arrival guarantees are dependent on 3 conditions:
(1) You must provide an accurate shipping address.
(2) Daytime temperatures must be between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
(3) Somebody must sign for the package on the first delivery attempt.

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG):
Live arrival is guaranteed on all animals shipped from our facility. Any claims regarding the LAG must be reported within 8 hours from the time of delivery. After 8 hours we must assume the animal(s) arrived alive. Accurate and clear photographs will be required on any DOA claims. DOA animals may need to be returned to validate claims.

Spider Health Guarantee:
We guarantee that spiders that leave our facility are healthy and that they will arrive to you in good health. If for any reason you suspect the spider is not doing well, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of arrival. After 24 hours we must assume that the spider is in good health, you are satisfied with your purchase, and our transaction is complete.
