Oh I can recall the first time back in 2001 I saw an adult female G pulchripes. The condensed version is Daaayyyymmmn! Such a beautiful species, with the black and gold, the huge size of 8″ and such a gentle giant. Given that they’re from the Chaco Mountain Range of Paraguay, they can withstand temperature and humidity fluctuations, but it is best to keep them between 72-82 and 60%. This gets my highest recommendation for a beginner tarantula.
